Our Story

Ephemeral Confections is the product of two ideas: A love for connection, and a love for chocolate.

My name is Kelsie, the founder of Ephemeral Confections. First and foremost, I’m so grateful you’re here.
There is so much to love about chocolate - for me, it was the versatility, challenge and limitless creativity that called me to start Ephemeral Confections. From the range of flavors and experiences of chocolate covertures themselves, the endless combinations of fillings, and the control, vision, and creativity required to design and execute these confections, I was confident that I could not let another day pass without sharing my experience with others.

Just as my love for chocolate has been a constant through my life, so has my love and deep appreciation for magic. Magic is all around us. Human connection and love, including self-love - in my opinion - has always proven to be the purest form of magic. That’s why I created Ephemeral Confections - to combine my love of chocolate with my love of human connection, celebration, and magic.

Thankfully, the deepest emotions and the most treasured memories can be reached in very simple ways. Whether it’s a perfectly crafted bonbon or the nostalgia and comfort of treating yourself to a chocolate bar, I am confident that my products will remind you just how much magic there is in the world, and just how much there is to celebrate.
